Meet the author

Adjowii Jolin Cooper-Henry was born into a multi-cultural family in Brooklyn, New York.  She credits her parents for her curiosity, creativity, appreciation of diversity, and overall faith in humanity.  She now lives in Switzerland, with a culturally diverse family of her own.  To & Fro is her first children’s book.

Who do you admire most? Children.

What is your favorite color?  Every shade of green.

When did you first realize you wanted to write children's books?  When I was 11 or 12 years old.

Where is your favorite place to be? Wherever my family and I call home.

Why do you do what you do?  Because it makes me happy and I want others to share in that happiness.
